Paul and his team had an incredibly solid operation before Georgia Oak's involvement. It's one of the reasons we sought to partner with Sailfish Boats. The addition of our team helped to take strong legacy systems and improve upon them to effect meaningful operational improvements. With our partnership, Sailfish has made upgrades in product, production, HR and internal communications.

Sailfish Boats has long made an amazing product, but they weren't historically great at bragging about themselves. Upon our investment, Georgia Oak's team went to work on improving the brand's ability to communicate its quality and value to the marketplace. We refreshed the company's branding and slogan; built a state-of-the-art website; upgraded the brand's trade show presence, advertising and marketing; brought on additional marketing team members and implemented digital marketing tactics. The results were rapidly evident, and we're just getting started.
