ADDUS HOMECARE PURCHASES A-PLUS HEALTH CARE FOR $12.2M

July 1, 2020: Addus HomeCare Corporation (NASDAQ: ADUS), a provider of comprehensive home care services, announced the purchase of Montana based A Plus Health Care, Inc., a provider of home care services, including personal care, private duty nursing, care management and medical staffing. The acquisition expands Addus’s existing Montana footprint, strengthening the company’s COVID 19 response in this market. The deal was worth ~$12.2 million (EV/Revenue: 1.17x)

TSR ACQUIRES GENEVA CONSULTING FOR $2.5M

September 1, 2020: TSR, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSRI), a provider of IT consulting and recruiting services, announced that it has acquired Geneva Consulting Group, Inc., a provider of temporary and permanent information technology personnel based in Port Washington, NY.. The deal was worth ~$2.5 million.

ONEDIGITAL HAS ACQUIRED RESOURCEFUL HR

September 15, 2020: OneDigital, the nation’s leading strategic advisory firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes, acquired Resourceful HR, a human resource consulting company, located in Seattle, Washington. This acquisition enhances the OneDigital footprint within Washington and adds to the company’s growing HR Consulting division throughout the Northwestern United States.

JOB.COM ACQUIRES HIREVERGENCE

August 27, 2020: Job.com, an Austin, TX based digital recruitment platform, acquired HireVergence , a Tampa FL based Information Technology and Cyber Security recruiting firm. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction pairs Job.com’s digital only platform with an existing human capital talent acquisition solution provider.
